The Sacred Architecture of Kundalini Awakening: 3 Phases of Energetic Mastery
Watch the video here.
Most people understand Kundalini as the snake rising.
And while that is a real and important part of the awakening process, it is only the beginning.
When Kundalini first activates, it moves through the system, clearing blockages, releasing stored energy, and reconnecting you to your own essence. This phase can feel intense, alive, and often unpredictable, because the energy is moving through everything that has not yet been integrated.
But the process does not end there.
As the energy continues to unfold, it begins to organize itself in a completely different way. What initially feels like movement and activation starts to become structure, coherence, and stability. The energy is no longer just something moving through you, it becomes something that is anchored within you.
This is where Kundalini shifts from awakening into embodiment.
Phase 1: The Snake Rising
The first phase is what most people are familiar with. This is the activation of the channels, where the energy begins to move through the body, clearing distortions and releasing what has been stored. It brings up what needs to be felt and processed, and it reconnects you to your own divinity.
This phase is powerful, but it is also only one part of the process.
Phase 2: Inner Anchoring
As the energy begins to integrate, it consolidates into a more stable internal flow. Some traditions refer to this as the microcosmic orbit, where the energy circulates within your own system, up the spine, over the body, and back down again.
This is a self-sourced state. You are no longer relying on anything outside of yourself to access the energy. There is a sense of sovereignty, where the connection is internal and stable.
Instead of the energy moving unpredictably, it begins to organize into a rhythm that your system can hold.
Phase 3: The Coherent Field
As this inner anchoring stabilizes, the energy naturally expands beyond the body into what can be described as a Torus field. This is a coherent energy structure where the energy flows both vertically and around you, creating a continuous loop of exchange.
In this phase, the field becomes expansive while remaining grounded. There is a deep sense of power and clarity, not because you are pushing energy outward, but because the system is fully connected to its own source.
This is where coherence begins to impact not only your inner experience, but also your environment and the people around you.
From Awakening to Embodiment
Kundalini is often spoken about in terms of activation, but the deeper work is integration. The real transformation happens when the energy is no longer something that moves through you sporadically, but something that is embodied, stable, and fully integrated into your life.
This is what creates a sense of trust in your own system. The energy is no longer overwhelming or unpredictable. It becomes something you can stand in.
Embody the Sacred Architecture
If you feel called to explore this process more deeply, the Kundalini Embodiment Mentorship is where we work with these phases directly. It is a space to understand, integrate, and stabilize this energy so it becomes something you can truly live from.
When this process is allowed to unfold fully, Kundalini is not just an awakening, it becomes the architecture of how you move through the world.
With love,
