Kundalini Activation
Kundalini Activation has become increasingly popular in recent years, with more and more people seeking out energetic experiences that awaken their life force.
But what many don’t realize is that not every facilitator is holding a safe, clean, or trauma-informed space.
In fact, some of the most widely practiced methods unintentionally override the nervous system, create unconscious spiritual contracts, or entangle people in astral energies that they don’t know how to navigate.
This is why I created Kundalini Embodiment Method (KEM), a sovereign, trauma-informed approach to Kundalini Activation that supports your system to awaken from within, in right relationship with your own energy.
This short video offers a glimpse into a 1:1 Kundalini Activation session I facilitated using this method. It’s tender, powerful, and deeply honoring of the unique pace and intelligence of the person receiving.
Trauma-Informed Kundalini
Unlike many modern activation methods, which may involve projecting energy into someone, performing dramatic movements, or unconsciously channeling through the astral, Kundalini Embodiment is anchored in clarity, safety, and deep energetic integrity.
What sets this style of Kundalini Activation apart:
1. The Source of Energy
- Activation: Energy is often projected into the participant by the facilitator, creating dependency or distortion.
- Embodiment: Your own Kundalini awakens from within. The facilitator holds a clean field, not inserting anything.
2. Facilitator Training
- Activation: Many facilitators are certified in a few days or weeks, often regurgitating teachings without deep integration.
- Embodiment: Facilitators are deeply embodied and trauma-informed. Their guidance comes from lived experience, not surface level knowledge.
3. The Nervous System
- Activation: Activations are often intense, pushing energy through the system before the nervous system is ready, which can lead to overwhelm or dysregulation.
- Embodiment: The pace of the nervous system is honored. No force, no overriding, just gradual, sustainable awakening.
4. Astral Hygiene & Awareness
- Activation: Often lacks deeper awareness of energetic interference. Many spaces unknowingly allow entities, cords, or unconscious spiritual contracts.
- Embodiment: The field is consciously held in sovereignty. Facilitators are trained to recognize and clear energetic interference or distortion.
5. Energetic Boundaries & Sovereignty
- Activation: Subtle entanglements are common, and participants may leave feeling activated but energetically porous or unsealed.
- Embodiment: Boundaries are recognized and honored. There are no energetic entanglements. Your system is left clear and coherent.
6. Orientation to Power
- Activation: Can unconsciously reinforce hierarchy, with facilitator as the "channel" of energy.
- Embodiment: You are the source. The practice helps you remember your own divinity and power, not give it away.
This is what Kundalini Activation looks like when it’s held in devotion to truth, integrity, and sovereignty. It's deeply embodied, deeply sovereign, and deeply healing.
And it has the power to change your life, not by overwhelming your system, but by revealing the power that’s already within you.
