How to Ground Your Energy Like a Kundalini Master | Hara Points Part 2
Watch the Video here.
Grounding isn’t simply dropping into the body.
Grounding is belonging.
It’s being in right relationship with your truth, your choices, your environment, your actual life and letting your system feel safe enough to fully be here.
Today’s post is Part 2 of the Hara Point series, where we explore the three earth-connected Hara Points that root your Kundalini energy into your body in a deeply stable, embodied, sovereign way. These points give you a grounded sense of “I belong here. I am safe in myself.”
If you haven’t explored the foundations yet, Part 1 gives you the deeper context behind the Hara system: what it is, how it works, and why it clears distortion more efficiently than the chakras. Beginning there will make this teaching land much more deeply.
The Hara System and Why It Grounds So Deeply
The Hara system is a deeper, undistorted energy architecture that connects you directly to your source essence.
While the chakras are vital, they hold karma and trauma... so working with them can feel like shadow work: entering the distortion, meeting it, and alchemizing it.
The Hara Points are different.
They carry no distortion.
When you charge these points, your system naturally reorganizes. The chakras clear, the energy field stabilizes, and your body drops back into coherence and truth.
Both systems matter but the Hara system offers an elegant, efficient way to return to grounded wholeness, especially with surface-level distortion that doesn’t require deep excavation.
The 3 Earth Based Hara Points
1. Deep Earth Core
This is the universal Hara Point at the center of the earth.
When you consciously connect to it, your system remembers its ancient relationship with the body of the earth itself.
It brings a quiet peace... a sense of being held and supported.
2. Earth Star
Located a few feet below the body in the earth, the Earth Star is your personal root system.
This point grounds you specifically, your body, your place, your belonging.
Charging it settles the whole lower field and gives a feeling of “I’m allowed to be here.”
3. Perineum Gate
Just below the perineum, this Hara Point connects you to your sexual sovereignty and life force.
When clear and activated, it supports strong boundaries, energetic autonomy, and a deep sense of internal safety.
Distortions fall away and your life force returns to its natural coherence.
Practicing Grounded Kundalini
To root your energy into the body, connect with these three points: Deep earth core, Earth Star, and the Perineum Gate, and allow your own source essence to charge them.
Feel how your system shifts when these points come online together.
For many people, grounding becomes a felt sense rather than a mental concept, a heaviness that feels like safety, like presence, like “I am here.”
