Working with a skilled facilitator in modalities like Kundalini Activation Process (KAP) or regular Kundalini Activation can be a powerful way to awaken your Kundalini, but only if the space is truly clean. Look for someone who has integrated their own awakening, understands the astral realm, and can hold sovereign space without energetic entanglement.

A good facilitator empowers your energy, not replaces it.

 

2. Intuitive Movement and Kundalini Yoga

Movement opens energetic channels and helps your system prepare for activation. This can include yoga, shaking, spiraling, or intuitive dance. The key is not to force, but to listen and allow the energy to move as it’s ready.
